Customer Support

All ATI products come with a Warranty Program. During the warranty period a customer can expect to receive any and all new product releases, enhancements and problem fixes. Customer support is an important component of the warranty program and is there to answer questions and assist in problem determination. After the warranty expires a customer can elect to participate in our Annual Maintenance Program. The maintenance program continues all of the above benefits and can be extended on an annual basis.

ATI knows that our customers are very creative and are likely to apply our technology or software applications in ways we have not considered. We want to encourage these inventive users and make certain that they have the opportunity to validate their ideas before expending the resources required for deployment. To that end we offer seminars/classes for AWARE. The fee is nominal, the information and experience invaluable. Prospective attendees must meet certain business requirements; please call or for further information.
