Click Commerce and Automation Technology (ATI) Announce Their Integration at Alstom Power

San Jose, CA - 6/14/2001 - ATI's EasyDOC integrates with Click Commerce's Channel Management Solution to Deliver Advanced Visibility into Repair History and Service Activity

Click Commerce, Inc. (NASDAQ: CKCM), the leading provider of channel management software and services, and Automation Technology, Inc. (ATI) today announced the successful integration of ATI's EasyDOC® with Click's Commerce's channel management suite for their mutual customer, Alstom Power, the global specialist in energy and transport infrastructure. ATI's EasyDOC allows customers accessing Alstom Power's eService web site, an implementation of Click Commerce's Channel Management Suite, to view a historical profile of all field service activity results, and service and repair recommendations that have been made for them, by Alstom's field service organization in ATI's EasyDOC Suite. This enables Alstom to collaboratively work with their customers in determining upcoming outage parts and service requirements to ensure power availability during our current energy crisis.

ATI's EasyDOC works inside Click Commerce's channel management suite to seamlessly provide repair and service information through the Relationship Manager interface. Users can access this information through a single sign-on to Alstom Power's portal, where they can also utilize the full set of Click Commerce applications implemented at the company's private e-marketplace, e-service.
